I’ve always used an online insurance agent because of convenience and then out of no where Progressive raised my premium by $130/mth. I reached out asking others for their experience and advice and Michael Wiest from TMW insurance group messaged me, asked a few questions and next thing I know, I’m now paying $100/mth less than I’ve paid for insurance in years! I had been with Horace Mann for years. Kali from TMW was so amazing to work with. She took her time to understand my needs and goals for protecting my assets and found me better products with better protection limits for literally thousands a year less! It is really nice to have a local agent who takes the time to follow up with you as well to make sure your needs are constantly met. Furthermore, takes an active initiative to review your accounts just to make sure the client is receiving the most for the least.
